A water-based acrylic effect paint that pulls into fine, random web strands. Sponge it on, or stretch it between your hands and lay it onto the surface; layer for more. Semi-matte, highly pigmented. For furniture upcycling, decor objects, wall art and mixed media. Shake well; varnish once dry if you like.
